Repairs

Hello There,

Well, I finally found out that the sellers have accepted my addendum, and that means that they're going to either repair or credit each of the problems with the home that I pointed out. I'm learning so much during this real estate purchase. My next question is how I can really verify that they repaired each thing well--for instance, what if they put in poor quality carpeting?
