I cannot believe how difficult the real estate market can be when you're actually going through the process of purchasing a home. At first, it seemed like everything was fine and the process was going smoothly, but now that the closing date is fast approaching, I'm having to deal with a difficult real estate agent and sellers who are not owning up to their end of the contract. I would assume that everyone involved would want to get this over with and move on, but it seems like the sellers are stalling.
