I think there might be a problem with management in my company. My boss has been acting weird lately, and in confidence she told me that there was a young man who might get her position because HER boss really has been grooming him for it. She’s afraid to discuss it with her boss, but it’s really affecting her productivity because she feels so insecure in her position now.
Does anyone have any advice about putting a bid on a house? I am trying to work through a realtor, but they aren’t really offering me much information about it, and my questions usually just get one word answers. I am starting to think that I just need to find a different realtor, but I don’t really want to do that either, because I am so close to just buying this place and being done with it. At least I have my rental for a few months in case I end up choosing a different place.
The townhouse I like the best turns out to be a three story with a rec room in the basement (completely finished) and a nice living/dining room on the first floor that’s all open, so I could get a sectional like I always wanted. Then there is a full bathroom and a master bedroom on the second floor that is really nice and there is also a second bedroom, which was really important to me, because my family visits all the time.
So I think I’m going to go with a townhouse that is sort of in a suburb area, but is within commuting distance to my box making company, and is also close to the major roads, so I should be able to get there relatively quickly. I am really excited about this housing establishment because the realtor says its quiet and there are a lot of people around my age living there too.
