Loans
I was recently talking with some friends of mine about finances, and it's amazing the negative impact that student loans can have on someone's financial outlook. It's upsetting, because these days, you need an advanced degree to do well in the world, but they are so expensive. And once you get one, you can easily spend years working just to pay off your loans, before you really make any money for yourself!
