What do you think?

I am really hopeful that since the sellers are taking so long to respond to my addendum, that they're actually considering it. I was afraid that I would give them a list of things to fix post-inspection, and they would just deny everything. Now I'm thinking that they're a little smarter than that, and I know that they just want to get the house sold.
