I'm getting ready to purchase a home, so it was so interesting to learn that some mortgage lenders will offer things called "rehabilitation loans." Did you know about these? They allow you to purchase that fixer upper and immediately have the money to put into improvements. That might come in handy if you're looking to purchase your dream home!
