Deciding on a home

Hello there,

Well I have definitely decided on the area where I want to live, but I still need to think about whether I want to get a "fixer upper" or a new home. Moreover, I need to decide whether I want to go with one of the places I really like now, or if it would be better to wait until the spring, when the real estate business picks up.

Any suggestions?
