Short Mortgage

Hello There,

Well, I was just interested in finding out what others think about my real estate investment idea. Since I know that in 10 or so years, I'll want to move out, I don't want to pay a whole bunch of money toward interest in a 30 year mortgage. So I want to pay this one off AS FAST AS POSSIBLE, so that I can move on with a big stack of cash in my pocket.

Has this method worked for any of you?
