Other Bad Experiences?

Have any of you had bad experiences with your realtor or lender when you were purchasing your first property? Since I don't really know the protocol or have any past experience, I don't know if what I am going through is common for the real estate market, or if I should look elsewhere for a realtor. Your comments would be much appreciated.
