Ethics

Hello There,

Now I'm getting into some ethical issues with real estate, and I'd like some advice. I have been having problems with a lack of communication or a slow uptake with my realtor, and I've considered working with a different one, because I want to get this house purchase over with, and it seems like I am missing my chance. Now, others have suggested I find a different realtor, but how do I break it to the first one? It's such a dilemma...
