Home Inspection

Hello There,

I'm currently reviewing the inspection report. It looks like although there are no huge ticket items in need of repair, the place was definitely not well-maintained. Unfortunately, that means there might be hidden maintenance problems that I will not find until I've lived there awhile. That's why I encourage everyone to get a professional home inspection as well as a full year warranty before they commit to a home purchase.
