Found a place

Well, I saw five more homes today, and I think I've finally chosen one--assuming it doesn't go under contract with someone else in the next 24 hours...

It's not the type of house that takes your breath away, but at least I know that I can afford it. And ultimately, I can trade up and have a nice profit, assuming everything goes as planned.
