Negotiations

Well I'm pleased to say that the sellers have accepted my negotiations! I'm so thrilled, because now I really feel like I'm getting a good deal on a house that I'm really going to love. I heard horror stories before about sellers not accepting any negotiations, but I'm glad I tried, because I really lucked out!
